  4. 2 cups chinese cabbage/Napa or Wombok cabbage, shredded
  5. 1 cup carrot shredded
  6. 1 big handful Bean Sprouts
  7. 400 g Fresh Chinese Egg noodles
  8. 2 tbs rice bran oil
  9. 2 tbs Hoisin sauce
  10. 3 tbs Thai Seasoning soya sauce
  11. 1 cup chicken/beef stock with 1 cubed stock
  12. 1/2 tbs sesame seeds oil
  13. 1 tbs sesame seeds toasted on top
  14. 1 green/spring onion diced to spread on top centre
  15. For decoration:
  16. 1 fresh tomato sliced & cucumber sliced on top side
  17. 1 handful crunchy Krupuk chips,Indonesian on top side

Steps to make to make Chinese Beef Egg Noodles Stir-fry😍🇮🇩🐂🥕🌷😄

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and spreading out and cook 5-6 minutes or until the the meat juices evaporate and the beef start to brown, toss it around.
  2. Add the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the garlic and stir-fry for another 20 seconds. Then add the Wombok cabbage and stir-fry for another 20 seconds. Then toss through the carrot until it's just wilted. Turn the heat off and set aside.
  3. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water for 1 minute with a pinch of salt, cook until just al dente. Drain. In a wok, turn heat on high, add the Hoisin sauce, Thai seasoning sauce and put back the cooked Beef and the cooked Egg noodles, add 1 cup of Beef/Chicken stock. Toss with the sauces for 3', then put the cooked veges of step 2, add a big handful Bean sprouts and Sesame seeds oil, mix all together and cook for another 3'. Don't overcook. Turn off
  4. To serve: put a portion of the cooked noodles on a serving plate. Scatter over with sesame seeds, scatter on top centre with green onions/spring onions pieces. To garnish: with sliced tomato & cucumber on side plate and crunchy Krupuk place on top noodle. Serve warm 😍
