  1. Taka a bowl put chicken wings, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Yogurt, Red chilli powder, White pepper, Roasted Zeera powder, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala, Red chilli Sauce then mix the all ingredients.
  2. Take a bowl add Maida, Corn flour powder, Egg,Water (as required to make liquid paste) slowly slowly stir spoon and make paste.
  3. Take a bowl add maida and Chaat Masala and mix the ingredients. Dry batter is Ready.
  4. STEP 1 Take a Manirate Chicken then STEP 2 Dip in Wet Batter then STEP 3 Dip in Dry Batter then STEP 4 Dip in Water STEP 5 Again Dip in Dry Batter then STEP 6 Fry in low warm Oil REPEAT THIS ALL STEP FOR MANIRATE CHICKEN
  5. Chicken wings gravy Take a pan add butter, garlic chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cook it until bubbles comes up. Then add fried chicken in it and cook for 3-4 minute at high flame. Buffalo wings is ready
