  1. Heat the pan. Keep in low flame put jeera seeds, Cloves,cinnamon sticks,cardomon, finely chopped onions and green chillies.
  2. Fry nicely till the onion turns golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry nicely for a minute.Then add grated tomatoes and fry nicely till the oil separates.
  3. At this point add curd and all masala powders except garam masala.
  4. Then add half cup water cover it with the lid and cook for 5mintes.
  5. Then remove the cover add milk and stir well.cut paneer and capsicum in to cubes.add paneer capsicum garam masala and kasoori methi and cook for 5minutes.
  6. Add sugar stir well and turn off the flame. Finally top it with the fresh cream and serve
