- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Fee drops of olive oil
- For Frying chicken:
- 3 Tbs Olive oil
- For Alfredo Sauce
- 2 Tbs Salted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (preferably white onion)
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbs maida
- 2 tbs cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 slices Chedder Cheese
- Half green Capsicum (julienne cut)
- 1 Green chilli (julienne cut)
Instructions to make to make Alfredo Chicken Pasta
- Take a breast piece of chicken and cut into length wise. Once your cutting has done take the hammer or pestle and mortar just tried flattened slightly.
- Put it in bowl and marinate with garlic powder, crushed chilli, salt, thyme, oregano and white pepper
- Mix with olive oil and leave it for half an hour.
- After half an hour, all the spices went inside and our chicken us ready to fry.
- 2 Tbs of olive oil pour i to pan and add chicken. Fry on medium flame but remember it shouldn’t be over fried as the chicken is thin and if we over-cook it, the chicken juice gets dry and it will become hard. On normal flame, just stir the chicken with gentle hands.
- On the other side, take a pan add butter, gets melted And then add chopped onions. Fry slightly so onion becomes soft, add flour(maida) and mix it well with onion and butter.
- Add pinch of salt and black pepper and mix it up
- Turn off the flame, add milk and mix it with the help of whisk.
- Add cream and cheese mix it and turn on flame and add milk. Check the consistency of the sauces it shouldn’t be so thick.
- Add capsicum and chilli in the sauce.
- In the same pan of chicken, pour little bit olive oil and put boiled noodles with the add little bit coriander. Mix and dish put
- Put chicken on the top of the noodles then pour Alfredo Sauce all over on the chicken
- Serve your Alfredo Chicken Pasta with crushed pepper and Tabasco.
