- 1 whole chicken. Deep cuts
- half cup yogurt
- 1 table spoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 table spoon red chilli flakes
- 1 table spoon Chicken powder
- 1 tea spoon or add to taste salt
- 1 tea spoon full black pepper
- 1 tea spoon full white pepper
- 1 tea spoon yellow food color
- 2 table spoon Lemon juice
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 table spoon full shaan tandoori masala
- 1 table spoon Chat masala
- 1 table spoon Vinegar

- Marinate whole chicken with yoghurt, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice,chicken powder and yellow food color.
- Leave it for 3 to 4 hours or over night.
- Tie chicken legs and whole chicken with thread to deep fry
- In a deep saucepan heat oil. Fill it half for deep fry chicken. Flame should be medium
- Fry chargah from both sides 15 mint each side.
- When it is done. Take out chargah in a dish and remove thread
- After this. Take 1 fry pan and add 2 table spoon of oil. Heat oil then add 2 tomatoes, chat masala vinegar and shan tandoori masala, fry tomatoes untill it's done for gravy
- Pour this gravy on top of chargah, sprinkle some chat masala if you want
- Serve it with fries and puri paratha 😊
