- In small cup add instant yeast,warm water and mix well cover and let it rest for 15 minutes
- In all-purpose flour sugar,salt
- Oil and mix well
- Now add yeast mixture and warm milk and knead until dough is formed
- Cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours
- Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth dough is ready
- In wok add oil and chicken cook for 5 minutes until chicken became white
- Add chopped onion salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder
- Mix it
- Add ginger garlic paste,soya sauce,chilli sauce
- Mix it cook for 20 minutes chicken became tender
- Chicken is ready
- Punch the dough after rising
- Cut the dough into two pieces and roll it into oval shape with the help of rolling pin
- Put the butter paper on baking tray and grease it with oil
- And place rolled dough
- Add cooked chicken and spread evenly
- Now fold the edges/side to make a boat shape
- Brush the edges/side of the dough with egg yolk and sprinkle white sesame
- Bake in preheated pateela for 30 to 40 minutes for until golden brown
- Delicious turkish pide is ready
