  17. 2 whole red chillies

  21. as required Sesame seeds to garnish
  22. As needed Garnish with carrot julienned, green capsicum and serve with steam rice

  1. For Meatballs - in a bowl add bread cut into small pieces and add milk, dip into it for 15 mins. After that the bread is good to use

  5. In a pan heat oil, add whole red chillies, minced ginger, minced garlic and stir until raw smell leaves.
  6. Add the sauce and add corn flour to reduce the consistency to your liking.
  7. Add the chicken balls and stir until all well coated. Set aside. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds
  8. Serve with steamed rice, carrot julienned, steamed rice
