  16. Kewadra water all over.
  17. Again the 3rd layer rice, fried onions, mint and coriander leaves, sliced Ginger, kesar milk.
  18. Lock the handi with the help of wheat dough.
  19. Keep it into a low heat for 15 minutes.
  20. And serve hot.
