- Marinate chicken with all above ingredients.lets rest for an hour.
- Heat half of oil and half of butter in a pan and place the chicken pieces with marinade in it.
- Flip after 3to 4 minutes, then cover the lid and simmer till 80% done.
- In a blender jar blend cashews and melon seeds till smooth paste.Take other pan and heat up the rest of oil fry the onion paste.
- After 2 3 minutes fry cashew and melon paste and cook 2 minutes.
- Add fried chicken in it,mix well. Cook for few minutes.
- Add milk and cream,cook on high flame for 1 minute.
- Add kasuri methi, garam masala, salt, butter and 1/4cup water.cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Switch off the flame, garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
