- Steps for Pie Crust-Before starting ensure the butter, the mixing bowl and the water is chilled. Take a bowl, add the All purpose flour and powdered sugar to it. Mix it.
- Add butter to your flour. Then cover both the disc with the cling wrap and put it in the freeze for about 30 mins.
- After 30 mins, remove the dough from the freeze and it is ready for rolling. Put some flour in your workbench & start rolling out the dough. Keep rotating the dough so that it will not stick to your bench. If it stick to your bench then with the help of a spatula just loosen it.
- Keep shaping the sides with the help of your bench scraper. Take the pie dish and measure the diameter of your pie crust. It should be 12 inch if your pie dish is 8 inch. Where you can easily tuck the edges of the pie crust.
- Once you are done just transfer this to an 8 inch pie dish. Then with the help of your palm push to the bottom and the sides of the pie dish.Make sure you press your dough at the edges too. If it crumbles then just apply water on that area and add little more dough to the crumbled space. Once it is baked there will not be any difference. You can trim it off the extra dough on the edge of the pie dish with the help of a sharp knife.

- Then bake this in a preheated oven at 425 F for 10mins and then reduce the temperature to 375F for another 15mins by rotating your pie in between. After 15mins, you can see the outer crust is perfect shiny golden and crispy. If it is not you can keep it for 5mire mind.Keep this pie outside at room temperature for 1hour before having it so that the inside of the pie will also get cooled down.
- Steps for chicken Tikka Veggie Cheesy Delight:-In a pan add oil. Then fry the chicken pieces till properly cooked and becomes golden brown in colour. Keep these aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if you want for the mixture to get prepared. Then add the garlic and chilli.Once the raw smell goes, add all the veggies till slightly crunchy and cooked. Add the all purpose flour and fry it with the veggies. Add salt and all the spices to it.Then add water as per the required consistency. Then add the Chicken tikka pieces to it. Sprinkle the coriander leaves and mozzarella cheese to it. Adjust the seasoning. Mixture is ready.
- You can pour this mixture above the pie crust. Top it up with more cheese if you want. Then cover the second crust which we made earlier and decorate that as per your choice.
